“We are not born all at once, but by bits. The body first, and the spirit later…Our mothers are racked with the pains of our physical birth; we ourselves suffer the longer pains of our spiritual growth.”
Mary Antin (1912)
I am beautiful. There, I said it.
My beauty is composed of a million little things. It is my very own eyes, thoughts, sorrows, joys, anger, insights, mistakes, happiness, passion, tenacity, anxiety, misunderstandings, smiles, doubt, flexibility, depth…The list goes on and on.
Today is the day that I am encouraging us all to embrace exactly who we are. When we fully embrace our unique being, an opportunity emerges to look deep into our core and release our inspiration into the world. That unique light that shines within us, that makes us US, has an unrelenting desire to be honored. It recognizes truth and will not be muted with our coping mechanisms for long. However, when honored, that powerful and essential light will illuminate a path for you and many others.
Yes indeed, I am beautiful.

Love you!
